Is your property an Amazing space?

Simply send pictures of your property to  newlocations@amazingspaces.co.za for South African properties or to  spain@amazingspaces.co.za for Spanish properties.

Please include which services you wish to be listed for, such as Locations, Villas, Venues and/or Buy. Any additional information on the property is welcome (particularly for villas listings and sale properties) for example the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have available. Please remember to add the area and the province you are in.

Properties are submitted for our weekly selection process where they are evaluated for their potential by our staff. You will then be contacted by an Amazing Spaces representative who will let you know if your property has been selected.

Please bear in mind that during 'Season' (October through till April) we are frantic and working 7 days a week. In order to give you our full attention and do our due diligence with regard to new location sign-ups, we prefer to pursue 'new locations' during our winter months. This may well mean that we might only contact you to set up an appointment during these quieter months. We will, however be in email correspondence in the meantime.

How to take the photographs

The pictures we require for selection need not be professional, they should merely tell us about the property. Are there magnificent bedrooms, exquisite bathrooms, or perhaps a beautiful garden? Rather than zooming in on specifics, stand back and photograph so your picture ‘shows all’.

Format: Please note that we do not accept hard copy photographs. All pictures should be in digital format, no larger than 900 x 900 pixels maximum and J-peg format is preferred.

Pan Shots: Position yourself in one corner of each of the main rooms and turn the camera vertically. Take three to four photographs in a pan around the room, we can then fit these together to create a wide shot. Then move to the opposite corner and take a reverse landscape shot of the room. Please also take photos of any special features, such as staircases, furniture, swimming pools, tennis courts and so on. When taking any interior photographs, please ensure that there is enough light.

Exteriors: Please take exterior photos of your garden from all angles, the front of the house and the road outside your property to help production companies assess parking and access. Views are always appreciated but please remember to add pictures of the property itself!
