What happens if there are damages?
Should damages occur (luckily they aren’t common ;-), it is important that you tell us immediately (not later than 48 hours after the shoot) so we can let the production company know. We cannot make claims days or weeks after a shoot as often the client has returned to their country. We recommend that you obtain quotes or provide us with the relevant contact details of your approved contractors for whatever needs to be repaired or replaced. If it is a large amount, we will need to pursue an insurance claim.
